This is a precision machined aluminum project we did for a client. It is about precision cnc machined aluminum parts and black anodised finish,it is a functional/cosmetic part need a good surface treatment. And we have conclude the general process as below:
1.Programming. This cost some hours(the geometry is complex).
2.CNC milling machining(This usually cost 2-3 days).
3.Quality Checking(We do this FAI report to make sure the parts are all within the tolerance).
4.Polishing&Anodising(sometimes this process cost 1-2 days).
5.Quality inspection(This is the final dimension/appearance inspection process to make sure all parts are good).
6.Packaging and shipping(We do the package with foam and label the parts,we usually ship them by UPS or DHL to make sure they reach to the clients in 3-5 natural days).
